I would of thought around 35fps at the highest possible settings. All depends on the rest of your system though.

A 980 is a much more powerful card than the 1050 ti

When it comes to NVidia, the second number is far more important. A 980 or 970 is going to be more powerful than a 1050 typically.

I have the gigabyte GTX 1050ti oc with an i7 4790k, and 16 GB RAM. Highest settings I never drop below 50 frames. Playing at 1366x768.

You should lower the settings and increase your resolution to 1080p. Right now you're borderline 720p.
Graphically the game will look far better with some settings turned down at a higher resolution as opposed to the highest possible settings on a lower resolution.

I would but I'm limited by my monitors resolution at the moment. Working with what I have :)

Ah, i thought it was a little weird playing at that resolution. It all makes sense now.
