How to source/steal supplies for Gunrunning Missions?

There's special missions you can start from the Gunrunning truck, but they are locked requiring you to source/steal supplies.But i can't seem to find the place where i initiate the "sourcing".

CEO had a similliar conspect ,where you could start sourcing/steal cars through the garage laptop, but i can't seem to find the laptop that allows me to source/steal supplies here.

the laptop is right there in your bunker..what it meant by sourcing in this case is Stealing supplies more like the one in MC where you go and steal some supplies..you could start stealing supplies btw if there is deduction in your current supplies
