Can I play GTA 5 Xbox on Windows 10, then play with other players on Xbox one?

Sorry for the long question. So if I buy an Xbox one version of gta 5, play it on my windows 10 computer, on online would I connect with people playing on the pc or on the Xbox?

No , there is no cross platform support in GTA 5.
Also Console players would be destroyed by PC player , K+M more superior than controller

Nope you would need to buy a copy of the game on PC. There's no play anywhere support for it like Gears of War 4 for example.

But you can transfer your character to PC :)

Not any more, as of March 6 all accounts transfers have been permanently disabled .

its perm... tehy will never re allow that ( due to all the issues ) they had a good window to get it done.. it will not be back. if you missed it .... well.. thats life.
