Mods cost money now??!!

I felt like playing some modded gta v again and had to update my openiv. I decided to start fresh and deleted my old mods folder. I've been looking at the mods i used then, which was the flash mod and the ghost rider mod. I've been looking all around the internet and apparently they all cost money now. All the other mods which are free are pretty crap. Anyone know a download site where i can get those mods for free?

you must be looking in the wrong place. theres plenty of cool mods out there that are free.
but stuff like online menu mods and private mods like force hax, custom hooks and private custom full on overhauls have always cost money.
