What are the rockstar checklist missables?

Yes I know there are several sources out there which talk about missables now, I checked.
I'm astill posting here though, because some of them are conflicting, some sites say there are 6 missables and some sites say there are only 2.

I know the main 2 are some cult that I haven't been to yet, as well as having an encounter with some car sales guy.

Are there any others?

Below I listed all the things you can miss, with the respective Random Event in brackets.

★Altruist Cult Shootout
You need to deliver 4 persons from other random events.
I suggest some of the following, because you don't get any good rewards:
-Drunk Driver 1 (1 person)
-Drunk Driver 2 (2 people)
-Hitch Lift 3 (1 person)
-Hitch Lift 4 (1 person)
-Escape Paparazzi (1 person)
-Snatched (1 person)

★Simeon Yetarian
Can only be done between the missions "Friend Request" and "The Jewel Store Job".
There's NO blue dot on the map! Visit Simeon's car dealership as Franklin or Michael.

★Packıe McReary (Getaway Driver)
He can be recruited as a very good heist crew gunman.
Do not kill him, let him die or deliver him to the Altruists!

★Taliana (Crash Rescue)
She can be recruited as a very good heist crew driver.
Do not kill her or let her die.

★Castro Lagano (Domestic)
He's a hard difficulty golf partner.
Do not deliver him to the Altruists!

★Timm (Hitch Lift 1)
He'll give you a stock market tip.
Do this random event later in the game, and use all the money you have immeditaly after the mission.

★Ursula (Hitch Lift 2)
Can be a booty call.
Do not deliver to the Altruists!


Something else you could "miss":
When you move to your new house as Franklin, you won't have access to the garage at auntie Denise anymore.
So, whatever precious or modded car you store there, you will lose it.
(Your default white Buffalo car and your green Bagger bike will be moved though.)

Thanks this is an amazing list, much better than anything I found off my internet searches. Also thanks gllobefish for the money tip.

So far I have stayed spoiler free but been searching out for potentially missable things and breaking glitches as is normal in a game this massive.

I read that letter scrap locations don't appear if you don't listen to a radio station in the pulling favors mission. I'm not too far in so I might restart. Seems like an open-world staple to have collectibles and missing them to a radio station would be a bit of a clanger.
