Best euphoria mod?
There are a handful of euphoria mods, making reactions more realistic.
I suppose many of you know a lot about them, can someone give me some advice on which is the best or at least what the major differences are, please?

It just doesnt feel right that when I shoot a pickpocket in the leg, he staggers for a second and then continues sprinting away. Even in GTA IV and RDR you could immobilize people or at least slow them down (limp). I find it awkward that those things are not in GTA V and would like to find a way to bring them to the game.

I forget the name but it was the most popular one, if you said it i could tell you. It does make it more realistic tho.
