well in all honesty the loading of this game takes forever so that sound mind start becoming a problem
And what about the singleplayer in-game menu lag? They haven't fixed it for how many years now...?
Just shows how much Rockstar cares about the overall game experience.
one of the reasons why we have seen so boring loading screens in the past
http://kotaku.com/the-patent-on-loading-screen-mini-games-is-about-to-exp-1744705351
isnt copyright an awesome invention
would be awesome to play gta1 while loading
and yeah, over the decades, the bgm in games has gotten worse, or its me,, gettin older..
if i cant turn off the menu/loading music then i mute the speakers untill im fully loaded into the game.
with gta5, i press mute right after the game has signed in. (the gunshots and the sound of the sirens). right until i load into singler player & then load into online if im playing gtao.
but yeah. infernal bgm...
(the freakin ambiant sfx in some games menu screens does my head in too. turn off the bgm and some games insist on turning you crazy with reptative ambiance instead. why do i need to hear the sound of wind blowing?? (pd2). or the sound of hinges sweaking? (w3)). lol.
for gta5 tho, just mute the game unitll its finished loading.
The music setting doesn't affect the loading music sound.
