Report a translation problem
(or simply restart the pc and don't run gtav - or to the extreme! - and boot into safemode...)
Obviously - start with the newest scripthook since the game was updated.

And in the case of file removal / reverting gtav to a vanilla install...
(which helps prevent the 65+gb download~)
Exit steam, rightclick steam, run steam as admin.
Rightclick gtav in steam, properties, local files tab, browse local files.
( View file extensions, show hidden/protected files - google how if needed )
Compare your folder/files to the screenshot - delete anything that is NOT in the screenshot.
( Ignore date, time, type, size - leave commandline.txt IF you use it ) -----
Then - delete the highlighted files.
And then ===> VERIFY CACHE. (you should/MUST do this)

Grand Theft Auto V. The game is not even open, I just launched Steam again. I am so confused.
