Got pc gta 5 can i link to ps3 acc?

just got the game gifted by a friend of me. Is it possible to link my steam acc to my ps3 acc i was lvl 138 on ps3

Yea you can. Just click "Transfer Character" In the online section tab of the game!

also go to your ps3 account first and link there while logged into psn and it will ask for your steam info
but didnt they stop transferring accounts and the goodies for linking

Character transfer ended on 6th of March.
You will have to start another online character at lvl 1.

Just link both your PSN account and your Steam account with your Social Club account here:
https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/settings/linkedaccounts

Be aware that a Steam account is linked permanently to a Social Club account.
So, if you have multiple accounts of either, be very sure to link the correct ones.

Console accounts can be unlinked at will, only if you brought game on steam PC, the account will be linked permanently.
