Explanation: Every time your windows is installing a huge Update, like anniversary or creators Update, you need a new Version of the “Windows Media Feature Pack”. Windows N/KN versions do not provide Media features, which are required by some games like GTA V.

After see ur post, I remembered of that "hidden" media pack link with the most recent from April 2018.. This last major update from Windows was good to "restart" my pc :V
I'm coming back to say thank you to you.
