Transferring save data online to a new laptop using my Rockstar Games Social Club account

Can you transfer save data online to a new laptop just by logging into your Rockstar Games Social Club account? Today I got a new laptop to replace my older one which is currently being repaired and I don't have access to at the moment. I have posted a screenshot of the record my statistics on my Rockstar Games Social Club taken from the starting screen of my GTA V Steam game. Here is a link to that screenshot http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=898269019 When I select Story Mode on that starting screen it automatically takes me back to the start of the game instead of where I saved my game after completing my 10th mission on my old laptop and there is no save data I can select from Load Game in the pause menu. Have I lost my save data on my old laptop which is currently being repaired and might have to be rebooted or is there a way I can get my save data back just from the records of my statistics online by using my Rockstar Games Social Club account?

Online progress does automatically​ transfer as all the data is in a server and not in your old computer

However singleplayer data IS on the old laptop, if you wanted that to transfer too you needed to enable cloud sync on it and your current computer

Online progress is saved through social club. Offline progress is saved to Steam. If you had cloud saving turned off then your saves were in your documents folder on your old machine.
