Yeah, so the gate is closed and there a strange music just in the village, all ppl are strange and have strange clothes and tattoos
I was just playing the game ,and i end up here ,have no idea what is it fore

Well when you play as Trevor u have sometimes random events near sandy shores or on somwhere on mount chilliad, that you can bring specific tourists to altruists or bring them home .. check youtube videos about it

it's a disgusting village. Lots of naked hillibilies. Just disgusting. Why don't they add a village of naked hot girls?

After the first mission with Trevor, you get a call from Wade, telling you that those cult friends in the mountains pay good money if you deliver them some fresh meat in the form of people.
Wade already suspects that they are cannibals and eat them.

When you stumble across a random event with a hitch hiker that you can deliver to the Altruists, you get a pop up message.
To finish the Altruist random event, you need to deliver 4 people in total, both single or pairs count.

However, be aware that most of those people will give you much better rewards (heist buddies, golf partner, booty call, big money reward,...) when you take them home normally, while the Altruists only give you $1000 each.
There are still enough hitch hikers with no real reward to finish it though, while sparing the better ones.

Save these:
Burial ($60k reward)
Domestic (Golf partner)
Getaway Driver (Packie McReary as cheap heist gunman)
Hitch Lift 2 (Ursula as booty call; the perfect fit for Trevor)

Just walk around to the right from the main gate and you can enter the camp by (carefully) walking around the wall.. or go around back (near the road at the back side of the camp) and you can get in from that side, too.. Murder some full-frontal-nudity-offendin' hillbillies! The cops'll basically never show up, too :>
