Well offroad bikes aren't any better then regular bikes in the dirt. It's sad but that's how GTA works. If you want to be fast on road and offroad then get a sports bike. But if you like using an offroad bike for the dirt then use the bf400

ehhhhhh the sports bike may be faster but getting a sanchez on the dirt it will out manouver the sports bike

The gargoyal. Decent speed on the road, works great on dirt. Not super expensive.
