Hi.. Will i already have a garage if i buy any of the 4 buildings? Does it unlock heist? And can i use a helicopter?

CEO garage is an extra fee.
It does not unlock heist.
You need to own a helicopter to be able to access it by CEO.

If i buy an high end apartment.. Will it already have a garage?? i googled it up says high end apartments have 10 vehicle spaces. But not sure how it works

And no you cant do hiests from ceo office only from your apartments

You can, however, land any helicopter on the CEO office helipad and enter the building, then come back for it later. It'll disappear when you leave or change session though.

You buy it from the Elitás webshop on the internet (for the civic ones).
Either from your smartphone or a computer.

buy integrity apartments or the apartment north of the pacific standard bank (in the city-north)
go just north of the bank and you will see it on your radar, 2 different houses.

take the one to the left(facing south -towards the bank-)
trust me, you wont regret it
