Why is there a car on the "Prepare For Take Off" ramps?

I don't play GTA V but I've seen in videos this compact car that's frozen on these "Prepare For Take Off" ramps. What is it for? Is it something accidentally left in the game through development? I'm sure most people would know this by now since the game has been out so long, I'll probably look like an idiot for asking this, but I never found the answer.

It's there on purpose. While it's supposed to be some sort of advertisment about driving there and flying off the airport, it ironically doubles up as a ramp.

It's basicly a big advertisment for the airport or an airline. There are some more like this like a giant tv, a chrome dog or some guy hanging on a billboard above the highway

Or a Half Flying Saucer stuck in the corner of a building, from my perspectived, the car is there so you cannot go the other way (as with no room to go in that direction).

The car is the in-game version of Mini and they did some advertisments like this irl, it's not an advert for the airline but the car itself and R* made it so we can ramp off it.

I'm pretty sure it was me from years ago and tried to take it slowly up the ramp but got it wedged on the end, then I left the game and it got stuck there. Hard to believe I know, wish I would've took a screenshot, but I didn't realise that it'd glitch on the ramp XD

Damnn man I remember my self in like 2016 trying to jump the ramp and i got the mini car glitching, it blows my mind how we all have the same memory.

Look idk if my mind is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with me but I have a memory of like way back in 2017 when I first played GTA online on my PS4. I remember stealing a red mini Cooper from an NPC and trying to to the jump but somehow I got stuck like that. Now again idk if my mind is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with me or what but I believe that it's 99% true. Again could be not true because it might be my mind ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with me but yeah.
