Redwood stock not rising?

so I just did Lester's second assassination mission, invested in Debonaire and got a less-than-expected return of around 40% (which i guess is due to the patches). That's when I then invested in Redwood stock, but after waiting for almost a freakin' week, the stock hasnt rebounded, at all.
In fact it's been at a negative % since four days ago and continued to keep dropping.
Did R* patch the stock exploit or something? According to an updated guide, Redwood stock should at least be 200% increase.
