controller settings file in game folder?
Not sure if this can be done easily with just a simple copy and paste.

I love grand theft auto but still not comfotable how the movement feels with the controller. I have games like saints row 3,4. and just cause 2. Using a controller for those pc games feels fine. The movments of the chracter the movement of vehicle your driving. The preset settings for the controller feel real good for saints and just cause.

Wondering is there a way where i can grab some how the settings folder/file for the controllers and go to gta folder and replace its current settings with how the default settings are set up in my other games..?

Thanks guys , all the best!

you could always try xpadder.

provided you don't have an xinput compatible control, it's possible to make a custom set-up, i've tried it with a 360 control and it sucked, other than that, i'm afraid i've no idea

i use to use the 360 for saints and just cause now xone but believe there pretty much the same. So even with the xone could i use xpadder to do custom set up?

it's definitely possible, you could always try removing xinput1_3.dll from the gta v directory in attempt to disable control detection, but i'd keep it backed up just incase it breaks something. i've never actually tried that, but it has worked on other titles before
