Infinite black screen after death in GTA V Singleplayer

Whenever i die, im greeted by the usual black screen that stays on for a few seconds. This time it's been staying on forever, and it's only when i die. I've installed 2 mods, but i've already checked and no one else has the same bug. I've also restarted my game multiple times and dunno what the ♥♥♥♥ is causing it. If anyone knows a solution please leave a comment down below.

I mean i don't know the fix but i don't have the problem anymore. Pretty sure it's a problem with a mod so...

Sometimes this happens to me, very rarely. I'm not using mods.

If the screen stays black, press ALT+F4, wait a couple seconds and press ESC. Then it should be back to normal.
