Self radio not working. ( 70 songs ) [Solved]
No matter what i try, the self radio will not work. I have tried just about everything on any forum i can find regarding the issue. the only thing ive yet to do is reinstall GTAV which id rather not do and im unsure it would help.

(Solution was go to onedrive/documents/rockstargames/gtav)

P.S. thanks everyone who helped!

70 is kind of a lot. Have you tried reducing the number? It might just be getting overloaded.

Could also be something wrong with one or more of the songs. An encoding glitch or something?

What format are the song flies?
i found this on the internet
i just typed gtav self radio not working - i would do the scan from storymode - single player-----
was browsing through the subreddit and I didn't see this posted yet, so here goes: go to your Documents folder, then Rockstar Games, then GTA V. and then User Music and you can paste all your music into there. Then go ingame, go to settings>Audio, hit perform full scan for music. You should be able to listen to your music ingame now!

ive tried doing that, except the fact that the "rockstar games" folder is in %appdata" not documents. as shown here https://puu.sh/upPta/86084452c3.png

my main problem is that it was working just fine a few months ago. but i had to quitplaying due to hardware restrictions. and now that im no longer restricted by hardware, software is kicking me in the rear.
I've got 292 songs and my Self Radio works. Overload seems not to be the issue.

Did you check yourself what Harry wrote 3 min ago?

Mine are MP3.

C:\Users\*Your Name Here*\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\User Music\

That's where my music is for Self Radio. This is Windows 7, though. And mine are all .mp3, and work without issue.

I only have 7 songs in there currently, lol, suppose I should put a few more in.

Well... we should be thinking about your concern. I hope Harry is finding the solution to it.
