Should I invest in becoming a CEO or a Cocaine Lockup???

I haven't been following anything related to GTA Online since heists were released, and I plan to start getting back into GTA. I have a little under $3 mil and I was wondering which would be a better investment, becoming a CEO or purchasing a biker clubhouse and opening a cocaine business. Also 90% of the time I play solo, so I'm not sure which one would be more profitable or beneficial for me. I don’t know how much the total expenses for anything would be or if there is a better option (besides CEO or coke business) for me to do. I'm so out of touch from GTA lmao, any help/advice would be great <3

If you like Postman Pat go for the mc and coke. Pick up supplies. Pick up supplies. Pick up supplies.... ...deliver product. I find this boring as F.

With the ceo office you can do plenty of vip jobs solo. Fast and instant cash. If you like Postman Pat get a cargo warehouse then get crates, crates, crates.... ....sell stock of crates. Boring as F.

With ceo car warehouse you can steal, store and sell cars, Need for Speed style. This I find ok.

Short, but 100 threads on each of the above. And check some videos on youtube to see actual gameplay :)

did a search on CEO and this was the first topic about it. So to the person above me oor anyone whom replies, From the 4 buildings, cheapest being 1 mil and others being more, are the more expensive buildings offer more perks? or it just an aesthetically better looking building.

I already have an MC club, but was wondering if the CEO thingy was even worth it? Seems like it from some of the things i read above here

Yep CEO pulls me 80-100k/hr ..and thats going easy. You can do that thing where you become solo in a lobby and have lesser trolls rekting you, but idk i think its fun when their coming after me :)

Where it concerns import/export there is no difference between the vehicle warehouses, bear in mind that enemy players tend to hang around the cheapest vehicle warehouses because they know people tend to purchase that one primarily.

Ceo for sure, over the past 2 weeks I've brought in around 25 million in crates. No I'm not exagerating either, I started crates 2 weeks ago and that's what I got now, of course...that's hours upon hours of mindless grinding in mostly solo sessions, can't say it was fun tbh...as I don't want to look at another crate (even though I'm trying to finish up one last time before the bonus is over), I've got one medium and 1 large warehouse. Of course a lot of that is due to the 25% bonus going on right now. Cars, I do a cycle of source top range car, sell car, vip sightseer, source car, sightseer, sell car etc...brings in around 300k an hour because I've got it to where I only get top range cars. Bikers is ok passive money, I actually don't have one...I helped my friend with it and what I don't like about bikers is the missions, I hate the missions. I'd say ceo over bikers if you had to choose 1, if not...than I guess do both as bikers will allow you to make passive money on top of whatever you do as ceo.

Before you buy into either, you could also join a MC or CEO. Free sneak preview

All the interiors look the same. (they have the same interiors available)

It's more about location.

I got Lombard because of the view of Del Pierro. That one also has the best roof acces. No stairs and room for idk, 3-4 helicopts with ease (buzzard & cargobob is what I dump there)

oh yeah, and the ceo crates thing...all by myself solo, didn't really get any real help over the past 2 weeks. Actually, a couple times I did have a friend help me...they end up blowing up one of the crates on accident, I have the crate missions down from doing them so much that I never destroy my own crates. Bikers, from what I understand some of the sell missions you really need at least 1 other person or else it's really hard to complete.

Big important issue, if you get biker businesses you get constant calls to restock on product.. super annoying as you already get spammed by npc phone calls.
