Transfering acc from ps3/ps4 to PC will i get banned?

Hey, i just switched over to pc and im thinking about buying GTA V. I want to transfer my acc that i used on ps3 and ps4. I have grinded alot on the game but i have also hacked towards the end of my ps3 career. I transered to ps4. No problems!
I have all the good, cars a couple of apartments and ♥♥♥♥ and about 120 mill in the bank. Will i get banned if i switch over? IF i get banned i will regret paying for the game bc ♥♥♥♥ startinng all over again i dont have that time to spend on games nowadays!! PLZ help!!

Do you have illegitiimate money? Modded stats? Modded items? If not, why would you even be worried about transfering

yes illegimate money, 120 mill and a whole lotta cars but no modded items nor stats

I'd hope they wipe your money and cars etc. I heard something about this March being the month they do a big sweep of modded accounts etc.

Why? wtf i grinded about 60% everything i have. The rest i modded for fun to see what it is like to mod, i already owned everything that i wanted to own at that point. I didnt mod because i was bad at the game. Cool, i just wont transfer my acc during march then bish. ;)

Only if it was modded. Having a hundred million in general isn't ban worthy.

You'll probably still get banned. They don't ONLY moderate pc. Besides, let's say avoiding transfer allows you to stay unbanned. If you ever DO transfer, you'll probably be banned and transfers are shutting down soon anyway. You're a bit screwed.
You DO deserve to lose at least the modded things though. Losing the rest of your stuff you worked for would be a good punishment to teach you a lesson about doing things you don't have permission to do.
