How do I get Fnaf mods in Gta 5?

Hey,
So I've recently installed Open IV and Script Hook V in order to download some Fnaf mods and do a live stream on my Gaming channel. I tried installing the Freddy Fazbear mod which can be found here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/freedy-fazbear-ped

Before I tried playing as/spawning Freddy Fazbear in-game, I installed a menu mod which can be found here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp

When I tried installing the Freddy Fazbear mod, I couldn't spawn or play as him in the game. Looking at some Youtube videos, they all seem to be using a different mod menu when using these Fnaf mods. Here's an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoHOs_xcykk

They of course didn't link any of the mods in the description. Which mod menu are they using? So I tried installing another Fnaf mod (Nightmare animatronics mod by JR59). I can only find these mods on a Patreon page and there is no download button on any mods by JR59.

Mind you, I don't really know a whole lot about Patreon, so exuse me if I sound like a real fool:p
I am new to Gta 5 mods, so apologies if this is a stupid question XD

If anyone knows why this could be happening, then please explain what I am doing wrong here, for I was really looking forward to have Fnaf in Gta 5.

FNAF may be dead to many of us, but if my kid likes it and wants a mod, then reading all your judging, hating and totally pointless answers just makes my search harder. I’m sure internet is big enough for all of us, so stick to answering stuff you have an answer to and stay away from everything else!
