i folow a few diff cars up and down and they all was doing 40kmh so... hard to say

there is something else to consider here, programming is just tricks right mostly, only produce 1side of 3d objects, make filling in jars a square mesh, well to give sensation of speed each car speedo amination might just be different but makes no sense because we do have slower max speed cars as well
i dunno but that second one in a new car has most travelling at the 70 both faster than the last car and also above the 60 limit
