Is it against the terms of use to use Steering Wheel?

Hello, recently i came up across some sites which have mods for bringing Steering wheel support. But you need some scripthook or something like that. I was wondering if downloading and using such applications / mods are violate the terms of use. thx

Using ANY mods Online will get you banned. If it's just for single-player, then go ahead.

All mods are strictly forbidden in GTA Online. This article from Rockstar makes it perfectly clear.

yea unfortunately you can't, rockstar banned almost all third party programs from being used online (even if they are for legit playing) because of problems with hackers / cheaters / modders

You don't actually need a scripthook to enable steering wheel. I'm playing with Xbox 360 Controller Emulator and a joystick since the launch of PC version. It's just an I/O device library that, if found by the game, is used to communicate with the joystick. It doesn't replace any original data files nor does it tamper with the variables.

No.
GTA V doesn't use VAC.

Only your Social Club account is banned from accessing GTA Online.
However, since your Steam account is permanently linked to your SC account, it is by proxy effectively also banned.
This means you can't ever play GTA Online with this Steam account, even if you buy another copy (which will get you the same game key), or have R☆ support unlink your account.
