What High-End Apartment Should I Buy?
Has to be high-end with a heist board and a 10 car garage.

I want a nice location and a nice layout. The view has to be nice. I want to know whether I can purchase a bank next to a nice apartment. I already have seen Del Perro and I don't like the view.

I would of done this in-game but sadly I got banned on GTA Online for a month meaning I can't check the map and the site with the apartments on because you can't view the site on Single Player :steamsad: I still get my Shark Card money back (9.2 million $) so I'm trying to plan out what to buy and how to spend my money better e.g. not just going off and buying the most expensive things because we all know in GTA Online that the more expensive something is, there's usually no huge difference what so ever so it's best to save money.

Thanks in advance!

Well I was thinking about the view and location, as much as I love Eclipse Towers, I saw some other Apartments which were in better locations such as Richard Majestics and they had awesome views too, and most importantly they are cheaper. I'm just having trouble with the locations and what office to buy because I can't check out the locations and on YouTube it's not clear on the map. I want a nice layout of properties, e.g. not having one apartment on the other side of the map when my office is like miles away.

I will probably check them out on YouTube.
I've came up with an idea.

I think I'm going to buy the Maze Bank West Office ($1,000,000),
and the Richard Majestics 51 High-End Apartment with a 10 Car Garage.

The reason for this is that they are very close to eachother and there's also a Del Perro Motorcycle Clubhouse I can buy near the beach. I think it's a good layout and if I'm in an emergency I can drive down the road to my apartment, and it's only 250k or something compared to Eclipse Towers which is like nearly $1 million.
Maze Bank West ($1,000,000)
Richard Majestics 51 Apartment ($242,000)
Del Perro Motorcycle Club ($392,000)

Total cost of all that would be: $1,000,000 + $242,000 + $392,000 which = $1,634,000

Budget: $9,200,000

Amount of money left over to spend on other things such as vehicles, warehouses, vehicle warehouses, weapons, ammo and so on: $9,200,000 - $1,634,000 = $7,566,000

Plus, surprisingly, I prefer the Richard Majestics Apartment 51 view more than the Eclipse Towers because you can actually see the beach from a distance and the fairground, so it's a win win.

If you want to buy an appartment at Rich Majestics because its closer to each other, you could also look at a Del Perro appartment. This is litteraly right across the street from the Maze bank office.

I know, it's just that I hate the view.

Personally, I bought Tinsel Towers because of it's location. It's good for nearly all setups.

Stilt Apartments are actually the worse in terms of usability and accessibility.

Best High End Apartments are the ones in front of Arcadius.

Their location might be nice, but the view in those is terrible. I bought one after buying my CEO office in the Arcadia building, but I much prefer my other apartments.

I buy based on usability and accessibility, comestics won't give you any advantage.

In the end is my personal preference.
