Best Super Car/Sport Car

First of all, I am aware that there are many topics about this, however, they are mostly outdated possibly because of new vehicles.
The question is I would like a fast car, just to get to point A to point B (freemode) and is fairly cheap. Any suggestions?

The Jester is one of the fastest sports cars in the game, & it's pretty cheap at $240,000. If you're going for a cheaper car, Comet at $100k is pretty neat. Elegy is also a really good option at a grand total of free. For a cheap super car just to roam around, i'd suggest the Vacca, however It isn't as good in the supercars class

I still believe the elegy would be your best option price wise even after upgrades. It is true, that in online, the max speed is capped for vehicles, so youre only going to go so fast. No matter if you pay 100-200g in upgrades or over a million straight from the dealer.
Im personally a BIG fan of the Karuma. It's pretty much the only car I use in freemode, ever. It's almost a literal tank on speed.

This. I very much enjoy the sound of the engine and the electric motor, very nice acceleration

Obviously go with Elegy. Free, VERY fast overall, VERY easy to drive fast, VERY good handling. Upgrades to 100% will cost the usual 200-300k but sexy car is worth it. Can upgrade it later to Retro Custom at Benny's (and get a 2nd one for free if you want).

the x80 proto is the fastest car in online but one of the hardest to handle. Assuming money isn't a factor of course. It has a slightly faster top speed than the adder. The t20 is a less expensive alternative that isn't quite as good but still able to smoke the vast majority of other people's cars. If you want an even cheaper option then you should go with the zentorno, it easily has the best traction of the 3 and is still competitive.

Completely subjective. Any car will get you from A to B and if you're a decent driver, even a compact will get you there quickly (and they are immense fun!). just get the one you personally like best for whatever reason. i have a pretty big super/sports collection but driving a humble Schwartzer atm. I would never use that car for anything else but it is enjoyable to drive in freeroam. If freeroam turns to war then military toys come out instead.

Try some races with sport/super and test drive some of the cars.

If you are in a calm hippie lobby you can ask if you can borrow some cars from the hippies. Some will even invite you into their garage and show you you their collection(-s).

the best Super car atm is the RE-7B around a track, and the banshee 900R/811(afther the wheel bug fix) has the highest top speed out of the super class.

The Zentorno has the best Preformance/Price-ratio.

the best Sports car atm(and allways was) the Elegy RH8 around a track, and the Shafter V12 has the highest top speed out of the sports class.

For a cheap fast car; i suggest the comet, a personal favorite of mine for freeroaming, costs 120K and has very good characteristics when driven. Especially if you like oversteer.
Comet can be a handful at first, but it's a great car if you start to control it's oversteer.
(requires Throttle discipline if you play on a controller, or tapping the W-button during cornering on keyboard.)

OR get a free Elegy RH8; concidering it's best sports car.
