Yes. ENB/SweetFX is graphics or any 3rd party tool will detected. It consider as cheating. You can get banned. Why don't just use an vanilla settings in advanced graphics tab? It's legit to use it. or try to change settings your VGA.

Enb and sweetfx won't get you banned. While it doesn't go into the directory it doesn't affect the game. Been using it since launch and no bans
