MC cocaine business, staff hasn't arrived?

Hey guys, im trying to figure out this, after resuplying, do I have to buy the "staff upgrade" in order to get people come into my cocaine shack?

Also the supplies are decreasing, but no product, no staff, the room is empty, $0 value, is this a bug, how can I fix it?

Edit: also the name of my MC changed to Motorcycle Club, wtf?

no if all is well after doing the initial mission for it you got a text message saying that staff will go work there shortly, it will take a little while though before they arrive.
If the police raided the place you have to re-set it up and again wait for the staff to arrive.
The upgrade just makes it all better but its not needed.

Why your MC name defaulted to motorcycle club I have no idea, probably a bug.

Did you find the solution to this? I did already bought the staff upgrade and my money is gone. I got the same problem in my new Enhanced profile. In legacy it went smooth years ago.
