Can't rearrange cars on garage online

This bug is happening for me for days now. The blue spot that used to be on the garage to manage your cars doesn't appear anymore.

I tried to change sessions but come on, I got this bug for days. Of course I tried to change session!

What is going on? Anyone having this problem?

This is not a bug. Rockstar temporarily removed the feature cause players were duping cars. It should be back soon when Rockstar fixes it.

It is true, if you need to read the 2 sentences they released on the mattter go find it.

You can still rearrange cars manually, just move your cars between garages and park them in the order you want them to be. I know its not as "easy" as the previous mechanic, but if you must, thats the only way to do it (at least for now, if they re-enable the option).
