Can't change where cars are in office garage

Recently bought a new office garage (already had 1 and was able to move it before I changed to Maze Bank Tower) and there are no options to change where the cars are placed.

I know there should be a blue circle, its nowhere. I know exactly where it is supposed to be, right at the door and near the fire extinguisher. But it's not there, even in btoth garages. In the Maze Bank West office, it was there.

If you used the search function you'd see other threads where it's explained they removed the option to temporarily stop a duplication glitch until it can be fixed.
