What is this glow around my character and some objects?

Got this weird glow around my character,cars and some other objects. Tried poking around the graphical settings, its still there.

Any ideas what this is? ( look at the top of the car )

OP, my take on that weird effect is...profesionally i don t know.

I think i get something similar to that, when rotating the camera, only it s way blurrer when i do that. Try dissableing all the "Post-processing" graphics options, as i think that s where that effect comes from.

If nothing changes, try verify the game cache. It MIGHT work, but again, i don t know.

It may have something to do with graphics drivers, i remember one time nvidia released a driver that had a bug on gta v that characters faces had dots, kinda like chicken pots!

I fixed it. I had the problem for ages, I changed EVERY setting, but when I changed ambient occlusion from normal to high. Boom gone.
