Can you have two people in a Rhino Tank?

Just had a discussion with an obvious modder who promply kicked me from a public session about whether or not two people can be in the tank. He says an update today allows for a driver and gunner, is this true? I cant find any info anywhere on that.

That's what I thought. Yeah I'd love to have two people in a tank. It was super obious that something was wrong when there was a tank and a circle (player) on top of the tank on the map

if hes using mods maybe the new dlc thats soon coming ouut allows 2 people
and as hes using mods he can get 2 people in the tank

How would you get the new dlc though? Unless somone from R* leaked it early to someone or someone did some kind of incredible hack and dL'ed it from their studios I think it's unlikely. I think he used some kind of piggyback cheat to get another person inside his tank.
