That's what I have, and I never drop below 60fps.
Oh and use anisotropic filtering through the nvidia control panel, and disable it in-game. Looks a bit better.
Also depends on how good your CPU is, I've got an overclocked 7700k so I have no bottleneck issues.
This is assuming you have at least a i5 3570k or newer i5 or better.
1440p @ 165 Hz
2xMSAA, no FXAA, no TXAA
Then everything maxed out except:
Shadows: Softest
Grass: High
I also turned "Motion Blur" and "DoF" off because i dont like these effect.
But they will not impact performance that much.
Advanced Settings Maxed Out aswell (expect Resolution Scale).
In the City i get around 80 - 100fps. Outside the city frames can dip down to 60fps if you are in grass areas. But lets face it: The Grass in GTA 5 is poorly optimized :D
