What is the point of a Custom apartment? what do you get from getting one?

So I am currently in my high end apartment, just a normal suite, but I was thinking about buying a new place, what exactly is a "Custom apartment"? What can I do that is so unique to that custom one? and also, what happens to my current place of living? can I sell it or something?

You can just change some stuff inside, its really not worth it. And no you cant sell the other.

I don't have a ceo building, I just ask cause I saw one being sold for almost 1 million, but was curious what was so "custom" about it.

Main point is the heist room. They also have the green drink that restores health and a variety of liquor the lesser apts dont have. Change interiors when you want. 10 car slots as most the cheap apts have 6 or less. Not sure if strippers will go to lower end apt, but probably.

They're purely cosmetic, they have addicional and different interiors, that's about it.

You can sell your appartments by replacing them with a new one, decreasing the price of the new one.

You just have to make sure not to select a new slot when buying a new appartment.
