Eyebrows color not changing

For some reason, my character's eyebrows don't change color. They are always brown. Doesn't matter if I go to the hairdresser and change them to ANY color - black, blonde, etc. Doesn't even work if I use the 100k appearance changing thingy! WTF?!

use the rainbow colour and youll get a nose ring and ability to style your hair and armpit hair in all shapes and colours

I think it depends on lighting, anyway, your character skin is black(which is beautiful), but most of the changes that we see on character creator is very different compared to the in-game character.

you need to open up Snapmatic on your phone, select the Rainbow filter and make a peace emote and you will unlock all colours including the rainbow filter which enables nose rings

Try the different colored skin, pretty sure it's brown because the rest of the skin is brown, it's part of shading system in the game

That, or it's error on R*'s end, which is typical nowdays.

I mean, if you chose yellow eyebrows, and if it looks yellow, then it's working as intended(maybe it'll be a little brownish)

Try different character - if the problem remains, your gamefiles are fugged. If not, it's the character.

Maybe swapping character would help by itself.

The thing is... Even if I set eyebrows to blonde(color 14) or pink(color 34) - they arey STILL BROWN.
Here's two screenshots. I set color to pink. Exit the editor. And just to show you, entered again. First screenshot is the animation where character sits down. PINK eyebrows. Since I set them to pink already. And they are pink in the editor.

And I aint spending another 100k to change my character's skin color.

I don't have a second character. I will make one now... Then switch back and forth to see if it helps.

Created a new character.
Switched back to my main.
Was offered a face change. For free, I guess?
Eyebrows were BLACK.
Just to be sure, changed color back and forth. Set them to black again.
Saved, entered game.
Still brown...

Yep, then it's the game issue, try switching characters as others mentioned, definetly something not right here.

Seems like a game bug to me, never had this issue though.
