These are the dudes in the far NE of Greegrox space, the ones that say "Mmmmmm..." and you can't open a meaningful dialogue.

Anyone find a way to have a chat with these guys, or better yet, find a way to harness one of their ships?

I had a great chat with them that consisted of PEW! PEW! Gotcha! They have some ships in every corner of the galaxy and often hang around near Harvest Cruisers.

The computer controlled Thrandal Frigate is very effective against them.

Nope! Can't find a way to talk to them.
