Buying items?!

So .. maybe I'm all confused over nothing. But on the shipyard screen, the only items with a description is the lander.

Everything is blank, except for the price. So for instance I can buy a thing I don't know what is for 300 +5 gold, and another thing I don't know what is for 300 +5 platinum.

The hell ..?!

Yup, same here. Tried google, no luck. What are these thingies that I can buy?
Is it a bug?
