Starbase Module List *SPOILERS*
Having beaten the game, I started a personal campaign to catalog locations of useful stuff. Here is a list of the exact modules you unlock if you visit a specific Precursor Starbase. I've put the lists in spoiler tags just in case you missed the *SPOILER* in the title. The only modules I did not record were the Advanced Missle, Point Defense and Lander Cannon, since those are available for free in the Sol System.

Also, in case you want to know my testing method:
I started a new game, then saved my game before visiting any starbase. After visiting, i would record all the modules available, then load a previous save. I zig-zagged between Super Giant Stars, refueling at the not-Melnorme. Two of the starbases are just out of reach of Super Giant Stars, so I had to pick up the Alcubierre Energy Matrix (a fuel tank that increases fuel capacity by + 1000) on a crashed ship at Alpha Brutus I.

• Inner Source Starbase – near Sol: System Scanner, Docking Bay, Deflector, Lander Cargo Pod, Kavax Accelerator (Thruster)

• Greater Void Starbase – near Delta Pavo: Hyper Sonic Nuke, Small Fuel Container, Hyperdrive Accelerator, System Scanner, Cargo Pod, Deflector, Axion Drive, Portable Fuel Pod, Heat Shield, Economy Brand Toxic Filters, Enhanced Collector

• Fluorescent Approach – Mu Wendigo: Hypersonic Nuke, System Scanner, Advanced Cargo Pod, Deflector, Heat Shield, Economy Brand Toxic Filter, Portable Fuel Pod

• Vacant Fortress – Beta Uxor: Futoriz Prescience, Dual Shot, Hyper Sonic Nuke, Tractor Beam, Deflector, Small Fuel Container, System Scanner, Portable Fuel Pod, Super-Charger, Heat Shield, Lander Stun Shot

• Monitor Deep – Beta Llvoren: Salvage, System Scanner, Deflector Mk II, Fleet Accelerator, Heat Shield Mk II, Corrosion Protection, Lander Stun Shot

• Sanctum Starbase – Delta Xiphios A: System Scanner, Battery Charger, Heat Shield Mk II, Atmospheric Stabilizers Mk II, Lander Stun Shot, Impulse Drive, Phoosh Dancer (Thruster)

• Origin Survey – Alpha Gladius A: Singularity Missile, Hyperdrive Accelerator Mk II, System Scanner

• Chrome Expanse – Alpha Domos: Phasor, Persistent Missile, System Scanner, Fleet Weapon Amplifier, Fleet Deflector, Fleet Charger, Economy Brand Toxic Filter, Kravax Accelerator (Thruster)

• Perilous Range – Alpha Acroix: Fleet Scanner, Fleet Deflector Mk III, Lander Armor Mk II, Corrosion Protection Mk II, Enhanced Collector, Precursor Drive

• Erroneous Vector – Beta Ishikawa B: System Scanner, Weapon Amplifier, Fleet Deflector, Fleet Charger, Heat Shield Mk III, Atmospheric Stabilizers, Tokamak Power Cell, Subspace Drive

• Spur Entry Starbase – Kappa Jutinim: System Scanner, Hyperdrive Accelerator, Deploy Fighter, Fragmentation Missile, Super Nuclear Missile, Corrosion Protection Mk II

Once I finished the list (and those broken sub-faction aliens near Alpha Gladius can f*k off), was left with some questions.

Why is the Atmospheric Stabilizer Mk I unlocked in Phamyst space? That seems like a mistake. Especially since Atmospheric Stabilizer Mk II is unlocked in Mowling space.

It also seems strange that you can unlock the Singularity Missile since this is supposed to be the unique reward for the Ancient Vault. It really cheapens that reward.

Finally, the "last" Precursor Starbase (located deep in Scryve space) unlocks the Fragmentation Missile and the Super Nuclear Missile, both of which are seriously underwhelming. They cost far too much energy for what they do, especially compared to the Black Hole device or the Singularity Missile (which you presumably unlock before getting to this point).
