hi, what kind of em mortor and gearbox is best for a volvo vnl 860 it has to be used for everything up to heavy, is there anyone who has worked with it a bit, greetings dk

There is no "best" per se.
Various jobs may require different setups. So in the end It just depends on what you prefer to use for said jobs.

When you upgrade your truck, any part which improves it's performance in 'heavy cargo' categories tends to reduce it's effectiveness in 'normal cargo' types. However this doesn't really mean that it will struggle to pull the lighter stuff - instead it just means that your truck is overpowered for the job, and will use extra gas and be less efficient. However given how easy money is to collect in this game, using extra fuel really isn't an issue as you'll never run out of cash to fill up.

So honestly, the best strategy is just to max it out for heavy cargo, then use it for everything.
