A bit further down in the thread the OP started the "Adventures of Niki" :)
But I do kind of RP my company drivers. I don't buy every garage, instead I try to pick garages in strategic locations across the map, spaced out as evenly as possible between each other. Then in my head, I think of that as the 'Local HQ' of my company, and the drivers who operate there cater for any haulage jobs within that area. Yes I know that in reality the game has them touring across the map from one end to the other, but in my headcannon I think of them taking jobs within their garage's area, and only I as the company owner actually rove across the whole country taking long haul contracts.
