Alaska DLC !!!
I think if you add Alaska that would be amazing. The state has lots of oil, mountains, airports, different trees and snow!!! Maybe you could have an observatory at a mountain peak. And also i think snow physics would be a great edition to the games midwest states. or even seasons! IDK i'm getting off topic, Anyway i think it is a cool idea. You guys tell me what you think 🚚😎

doubt it will happen. SCS has said that they plan on the 48 states maybe Canada and Mexico
I would love Alaska and some of the remote parts of Canada. I like these trucking games for the relaxing, chill atmosphere and exploring the map to see the sights, but of course because it's freight management a lot of those sights are cities and built up areas. But I much prefer wilderness and grand mountain ranges, and the feeling of solitude being out in nature all alone.

SCS have said that if people keep buying the DLCs, they will keep making them. So as long as the game remains popular, it's quite possible that we will see it expand in those directions eventually. Not necessarily soon, but at some point.

Not anytime soon.

Trouble with Alaska you have to drive through Canada to get there.
Then we have American, Canada Truck Simulator. ACTS..............
Just a thought............................lol
i would bet that if alaska gets implemented they would probably make it so you would have to go to los/port(?) angeles and take the ferry to alaska, it looks like they have made room for future ferry destinations on the ferry list, because other than they would have to implement BC and Yukon in Canada first
Will probably happen eventually. There's already signs in the game for British Columbia, we know the plan was always to go into Canada and Mexico. If Canada does indeed come, then there's really no reason not to add Alaska. Just won't be soon.

You can take a ferr from Washington state. But Alaska in the end is not worth its own DLC, having one of the shortest road networks in the US. It is a lot of land with few people and therefore not much infrastructure. I think actually Massachussetts has more highways than Alaska. So if it comes, even if not needed to get there, it will be with British Columbia I guess.

Or we have American Truck Simulator that covers Mexico to Canada and possibly further South.

True your right, But it is not only such a big state you could fast travel there or like Hermit and Red Wolf said Canada could be built. And plus it is (American Truck Sim) not United States Sim

SCS will first finish the lower 48 (which will still take a few years) and then expand north and south. Until with get to Alaska I would estimate that you have to wait probably 10 years or more.

How long is this quote thing gonna go. But anyway, your right but i would like if they change their mind about it and do it sooner. I CAN'T wait for Chicago and Duluth

They release two map expansions a year. So it would take another 16 and a half years to release the remaining 33 states, though I wouldn't be surprised if the north eastern states are bundled more closely. A separate Rhode Island DLC seems unnecessary.
