Suggestion OR Request: Anyone knows if theres a "walk sim" mod?

So we could just wander without objective; just exploration, and maybe "in-game photography" (btw, a "dslr camera" mod could also be great).

Imo a "walk sim mode" mod, would be a nice addition, if nothing like that exists, and would be a lot better if another mod for taking pictures or recording small clips with free cam.

The game engine isn't designed to support walking around the game world. Photo mode does allow you some amount of free movement.

There's an entire category of walking simulator games on Steam if you're interested in that sort of game But this one is mainly about driving trucks.

There is kinda a way of doing it. If you enable the dev camera in the config files, then you can drop the camera out of your truck and fly around with it not being attached to the vehicle. Lower it down to about head height, reduce the flight speed to walking pace, and you can pretend you are walking around with it.

Although traffic will pay no attention to you (drive through you if you get in their way) and you won't be able to interact with anything, plus the game world ends right beyond the transparent X barriers so there isn't much to see that can't be spotted from your truck.
