1- Get the highest loan as soon as you can
2- Buy a garage you've discovered (a different from the first one you're given for free)
3- Buy a base truck (remove any accesories from it and select the base paint to get a lower price) then send it to the new garage.
4- Hire a driver and assign him/her to your new truck.
5- Start fast traveling repeated times between your base garage and the new one you bought.
This will make time in game pass, and your driver will start earning you money. Lower amounts at first, and more money as they level up.
Once you're able, buy more base trucks, hire more drivers, buy new garages, pay the loan, repeat the fast travel thing, and you'll be drowning in riches in no time.
This however, will negate the initial ¿struggle?: Managing the first few weeks until you can lay off this same trucking company foundation but without the fast travel thing.
Nevertheless, this is my humble and small advice if you want to skip the journey and swim in cash.
EDIT: This guide, while originally written for ETS2, will help you out with a lot of in-depth info on how to reach that goal and how to maximize cash inflow. Have fun!

Welp, gotta do it without the fast travel thing then. I guess you can still abuse the sleep system, or using a ferry? If not, go the normal way.
I am not comfortable personally giving instructions for how to use Cheat Engine, because it is a very complicated (to start) program, and can cause significant issues if not used properly. If used correctly, it will do exactly what you want, but I am not familiar enough with the program to guide someone else through using it, by memory alone. I do not want to miss a step, and cause you to loose a game save, or corrupt a file somewhere. Your best bet would be to go to YouTube and look up a video tutorial for how to use Cheat Engine, so you can make sure you do everything properly, and know exactly what to click on.
Or you could read a guide on how to edit savegame files and just change the "money_account" and "experience_points" values to your liking.
