Rubies are impossible to find
I've been smashing Palium nodes for days and no sign of rubies. Has anyone actually found any?

Same here for Tish's quest and getting absolutely nothing. It's incredibly frustrating having three questlines all unable to progress because they decided you needed an epic rarity item that's taking some people months to find.

MONTHS?? NoooOOooooo......
They do exist, yeah.

Same thing for the pain in the ass butterfly.

Yes, they exist. I've only found 2 so far. The new Palium system just sucks. I want the old system back. At least you could farm properly and didn't have to spend an hour searching for 5 nodes

The one for the bundle. You'll know it when you need to find it.

Nope copper would be easy, it's palium you have to mine for rubies.

Welp, I finally found a ruby after 500 years. I found it in a large palium node. I think perhaps they have to be large size for a chance to find a ruby?

I'm not sure, everything I've seen just says palium nodes.

I'm glad you finally found yours, still no luck here.

Everytime I went pass big stone node I tried to mine it to find Jasper, because I had all except Ruby and Jasper. I thought Jasper gonna be easy to get, yet long time no luck made me worry, so I decided one evening to mine every stone node I encounter. For some twisted reason I got 3 Jaspers that night, all from small / medium node, not even one from big one.

I don't think that small or medium nodes got higher chance, even tho what I've experienced would be anecdotal evidence, I think all nodes got same chance, you simply got much more "pulls" once you mine everything instead focusing solely on big ones.

Yesterday also someone found Star Quality Ruby from small node of palium, he even flared it so people could try their luck mining it but apparently it disappeard before anyone could get there to check their luck.

Overall, I think size doesn't matter. Well, atleast if we're talking about size of node to find a Ruby ;)

Play with the small ones long enough and they eventually become big ones....

I've found a few in Bahari Bay. Mostly when farming for iron ores. I was following this map. I hope it helps https://palia.wiki.gg/images/0/0c/Iron-Ore-locations.webp
