Unused furniture, chests etc

Is there any way to get rid of all these chests and unused furniture... I feel like it is all just taking up so much room in my storage and I cannot sell it. Am I missing something here? Thanks!!

One thing you could do is use a separate plot to store furniture you don't want. Press H and at the top you will see your plot slots.

Unfortunately you can't store stuff that goes on wall.

Another option is once a day you can sell a piece of furniture to Tish.

So they take up 1/1 slot out of 6000 or so? That aint too bad. I thought I heard that they dont count as storage.

Furniture doesn't actually use up a storage space, so you can store as much of it as you want without it impacting your limit. :) There's no way to remove it at the moment, however it does not count towards the chest limit!

You can drag it in your inventory.
Then open the inventory, there's a red trash button under there.
Just drag anything in there and it's gone.

I made some furniture, couldn't even sell it.
meh. into the trash it went.

I read a post on here that you can give the empty chests to Tish the furniture maker. I tried last night and she took one of mine.

There's a little red trash can at the bottom on your inventory screen. I literally just trashed an empty chest yesterday
