Having trouble finding songs that aren't too hard (Easy Songs List)

A lot of people I know have been complaining that the game is too hard, but it is really a matter of song selection. As I find songs that aren't too difficult, I'll post them here. Other's should too, just so that we have a large repositiory of songs that people can play for a casual experience in this game. Again, this list is for Relaxed play...I have no idea how these songs are on higher difficulties.

It's not that bad. I found Rhythm Zone to be a lot more difficult. More songs:

I found it not really easy but not really hard, easy-medium one here. If it helps, usually "slow" BPM songs are easier.

Here's some tracks that I found to be a lot of fun to play and not too difficult on Relaxed. I find I do best on songs that are mostly running/blue sections so these tend to be focused on that speed.

Need music at a cheap price? There's lots of it to be had that works out pretty well for this game (though some are really fast, but still relatively easy, and a few really hard songs too). My nerve damage has kept me from doing the higher difficulties. In the early stages of the game, even normal difficulty was ridiculously hard for me. I know he's toned it down since then, but I've been sticking to Relaxing.

Anything with a 4/4 beat at a speed between 80 and 120 bpm without too much techno deformity (dubstep, I like you but you're killing me here) seems to be easier for the program to interpret and the player to start with. You'll find a lot of pop songs in that range and your average techno song starts at 120 bpm. There's also a section in the custom option to set up tags on beats (default is half-beat).

What I want to know if there'll be a custom option to go according to the melody or the beats :) Right now the program's doing both at the same time and it's tough to know when it will switch from melody to beat at any one time. Wish I could play songs only on melody or only on beat.

While that is a good observation, I'm afraid there are a lot of people who don't quite get the details of musical notation and bpm. Additionally, there's a lot of songs out there that flow rather nicely with the game that aren't within that range. Some kind of a BPM filter would be really handy, though, expecially for people like me with song libraries in excess of 10000 songs.

I definitely agree about the need to choose what the song detection works off of, though. That would be really nice.
