I appreciate that you're at least not beating around the bush and just outright admitting you don't want games to acknowledge the existence of gay/black/trans people.
Reminding everybody yet again that if you're going by max concurrent player count, DQ3 is already the second most popular game Square-Enix has ever released on Steam: https://steamdb.info/developer/Square+Enix/?sort=peak_desc
And SE is not taking losses at all. People who don't know how numbers work are freaking out because their profits have dropped significantly from 2022/2023, but they're still very much profitable, their numbers have just returned to normal after their two best years ever.
Hopefully DQ 12 don't even have the option to switch genders and just use a male protagonist and if they want they could break the silent protagonist tradition as well.
they don't care because they are only here to complain not because they are fans of DQ.
