To be more inclusive one would assume, but I'm sure you knew that. Everyone can relate to 'This look represents me' where not every can relate to 'male or female.' It's more interesting that you need the game to know what genitalia you have, for all the hardcore DQ3 love scenes I guess. I'm a cis male but it certainly doesn't hurt my soul to choose 'option A'
