Is it just me that when I drive vehicles the driving suddenly lags but when on foot it is fine?

Sorry to bother but...what the freshman players should do to get 1,000,000XP...?it is almost a impossible task for players to get XP in such a harder battlefield environment now...would you mind setting the skins start from 100,000XP~10,000,000XP rather than 1,000,000~10,000,000XP for those guys who are 100,000XP?
I will be very grateful if my suggestions got adopted...

Those were added exclusively for very high ranked players. There are a lot of them.
It was either we add new skins for very high ranks, or not at all. We won't add new skins for in-between, I'm afraid.
