Also if you turn in laptops, cargo trucks, or the other thing i can't remember right now...one of those unlocks a larger wrench which also speeds up the process.
Of course can always gather some buddies and repair a vehicle to 100% in about 10 seconds.
Thank you,
In case you didn't know you can get larger wrenches from a supply quad with radio without unlocking them. You can get loads of these things and keep them in your stash.
Other than the Crane and Torch, it's all Stacks of Wrenches. With Larges being preferred.
I always keep a 50 stack of Larges in my Stash too; but beyond that it's just repairing slowly.
I usually carry about 30 in my pack and only hop out to repair.
The best is Co-op Help! If OTHER players are near the Supply Depot and a tank backs in smoking with repair need, then grab a couple wrenches and help that crew! (Of course I play in ALL Co-op... so Solo is Solo Repair) But Group Help is the FASTEST way for repairs with some Co-op Servers getting little Forward Operations Bases set up with Armory Trucks, Stashes, or Repair Cranes to fall back to. Often with a few players constantly spawning in and seeing some repair help is needed.
OR: A Player Crew ALSO with a Backpack full of Wrenches. However when near the Combat Line it is wise to have the MG Gunner remain in the MG to keep guard while Driver and Cannon Gunner do Repair Work. Some days you get players that roll direct support and keep a Supply Quad moving up behind the front. Those are FUN Runs!
